Summer 2014 . Architectural Photography . UCD
For the class final we were encouraged to explore other photography techniques. Personally, I found the work of Jerry Uelsmann and Jim Kazanjian compelling and decided to do a composite photography project, ideally with a tilt-shift feel.
While searching for inspiration, I came across some unusual pictures of stairs. Using Photoshop to mirror the image and using either multiply or overlay, created the look of architectural spaces.
The entire project consists of a photograph of stairs that has been manipulated and had entourage added. The first photos are are inhabited spaces, the second set is the raw space created.
